MAY DAY! MAY DAY! .... It will be okay.

Oh man. Today has been a little bit more difficult than the last two. BUT, this has its valid reasons. The third day of the Isagenix program is generally supposed to be what is called a CLEANSE DAY. They have two options for how this cleanse is incorporated: a liquid or a powder to mix with water. I now know that I may be better off with the powder that you blend with water. I started today with the liquid version of the cleanse, and my taste buds did not react too well with it simply because my body is not used to such nutritious liquid. Other people may have no problem with it, and I have even heard some people think it tastes like apple juice! So, I think it is simply a personal opinion. For me, I am going to go with the powder.

I had to call Isagenix to get an order of the powder sent to me. The number you can call for Isagenix help is always available, and the guy I talked with was very helpful! I should be getting my new cleanse powder in a few business days. However, this kind of messes up my daily program for my IsaBody Challenge in some ways. With this setback, one might get discouraged. BUT, I am choosing to look at the positives. I will continue doing my IsaLean Shake days until the Cleanse powder arrives. I think that it may actually be helpful to my body to have a few more days to get more in-balance and nutritious with the shakes.

I know people could look at this setback and think that they may be pushed back in the competition for their health transformation and the prize money. I, however, think I have so much room to improve that I can still make a big impact in the competition. I am a very determined person, and I will not allow this to mess up my mental toughness towards the competition. I have to keep my eyes focused on the goal.

My message to you guys is this: There will be times in any lifestyle change that you decide to create that may feel discouraging or dramatic. For a few moments it may feel like the plane is going down, and you want to scream: "MAY DAY! MAY DAY!" It is good, in those moments, to take a step back and find the positives as well as realize everything will be okay. Find out what you can do to make the best of it. That is what I am trying to do. AND, I am still determined to win back my health and the IsaBody Challenge!
